Project Manager, Learning

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee projects at our customer experience centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, senior executive partners, and external clients and vendors.
  • Communicate and document program requirements and status to stakeholders.
  • Support the achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a project management role leading global projects.
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings and effectively completing project plans and deliverables for client-facing, senior, and executive level management.
  • Experience with project management software, spreadsheet applications (Excel), and flowcharting applications (Visio).
