About the Role:
  • This is an opportunity to lead North American talent attraction functions and team, aligning shift and work hours to the USA/Canada workforce.
  • You will manage a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency, building and executing talent attraction strategies, sourcing channels, and working closely with vendor partners.
  • Partner with business operations teams for accuracy and timeliness in departmental marketing practices.
  • Project manage collateral creation, establish deadlines, approve creative concepts, and hold vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff, contributing personally to team results.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team, with ability to work onsite at least once a month.
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-driven critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
  • Collaborative mindset.
