About Talent Acquisition Optimization

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented professional to oversee and optimize our talent acquisition operations. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing our employer brand.

  • Develop efficient and compliant TA processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA-related technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our TA systems.

TA Optimization:

  • Develop and deliver training and resources on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
  • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools.

Budget Management:

  • Track and report on recruitment expenses.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.

Continuous Improvements & Innovation:

  • Analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Pre-Hire Onboarding Success:

  • Collaborate with TA and clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain key TA metrics and dashboards to track performance against goals.

You bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies, talent intelligence, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
