Job Overview

The Technical Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering top-notch assistance to customers and colleagues alike. Reporting directly to a Technical Team Lead, this individual is responsible for providing timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries efficiently via live chat, phone support, email, video calls, recordings, and help desk software.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues with the Kajabi platform, exercising strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve intricate problems.
  • Contribute to the development of internal resources and customer-facing materials.
  • Offer guidance and training to junior support specialists as needed.
Requirements for Success
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in SaaS troubleshooting within a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and master web-based software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including clear communication in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, driven by a desire to delve beyond surface-level understanding.
  • Fast typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Mac & Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of domain connection and troubleshooting.
Bonus Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience mentoring/training staff.
  • Advanced knowledge of Front End Web Development tools and technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript/Liquid/SEO/RSS).
  • Prior experience with CRM software and managing contact lists.
  • Advanced understanding of DNS, CNAME, and SSL.
  • Advanced understanding of email deliverability factors.
  • Prior experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk or other support portal tools.
  • Knowledge of API & Integrations.
