Our organization is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Business Growth Ambassador to spearhead the generation of high-quality sales appointments.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and highly familiar with best practices for outbound outreach. This role requires exceptional communication skills, creative outreach strategies, and the ability to manage lead generation across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Prospecting: Utilize cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients.
  • Lead Sourcing: Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile.
  • CRM Management: Log all activities and manage the prospect pipeline in a CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with stakeholders to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals.
  • Pipeline Growth: Consistently deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team.
Success Metrics:
  • Positive responses generated.
  • Sales meetings booked per week.
  • Meeting quality (fit and engagement).
  • CRM hygiene and responsiveness.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, as a business development role.
  • Must have working knowledge with business acumen and sales methodology.
  • C2-level English (spoken and written).
