Five9 Philippines Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Enhancement Expert to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and troubleshoot technical concerns with our product used by customers.
- Provide support through various channels via email and phone, focusing on proactive measures to ensure service availability.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, as well as knowledge of PBX, ACD, CTI, VoIP, and IVR applications. Experience in technical writing and documentation is also essential.
