Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with prospects through targeted outreach via email and calls.
- Build relationships with market leaders and qualify them for services, leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest, utilizing research-savvy skills.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders, focusing on cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite executives, HR professionals, and hiring managers, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
- Update CRM systems with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management, meeting quarterly quotas for qualified meetings.
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads, building repeatable processes for identifying top prospects using tools and outbound strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles, with proven B2B sales expertise.
- Familiarity with candidate tracking systems, including Loxo, and excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology, with a strong ability to communicate tailored messages to diverse audiences.
Enjoy a flexible work-from-home schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Hard Skills- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), content management and documentation skills, and experience with demand generation and lead flow management.
- Skilled in qualifying inbound leads using frameworks, researching ideal prospects, and building cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences, with a focus on research-savviness and business acumen.
