About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various business operations, including expanding our food groups such as Jollibee and Chowking, developing new concepts like Dohtonbori, Karayama, and the Boiling Crab, and facilitating water and soda distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates at Time Square Davao.
  • Negotiate with incoming and renewing tenants to secure lease agreements.
  • Maintain relationships with lessors and negotiate lease terms and rates.
  • Monitor project development to ensure targets are met and make recommendations to improve property financials and ROI.
  • Identify market needs and trends to incorporate into our properties.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
