Software Licensing Professional

The Software Licensing Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's software licensing operations. This individual is responsible for optimizing license quotes, evaluating processes, and creating reports to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in software licensing, data analysis, and customer management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software licensing best practices, as well as experience with Atlassian tools and industry-standard systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • License Quote Optimization: Create and evaluate license quotes to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software licensing with a focus on data analysis and customer management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools and industry-standard systems.
