Job Summary

About the Role

This role is a critical component of our organization's licensing operations. It plays a key part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our licensing processes.

The License Specialist works closely with our sales team to create, evaluate, and optimize license quotes from various vendors. This includes supporting volume licensing agreements by developing and implementing processes, procedures, and training for new software agreements.

The specialist also administers and communicates program details for the software license agreement process, provides technical licensing support to all customers, collaborates with Client Success Managers to maintain and manage volume licensing agreements, and partners with peers/program manager to ensure consistent use of best practices.

Analyze and optimize existing systems and processes to increase revenue generation and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting volume licensing agreements by developing and implementing processes, procedures, and training for new software agreements.
  • Administering and communicating program details for the software license agreement process.
  • Providing technical licensing support to all customers.
  • Collaborating with Client Success Managers to maintain and manage volume licensing agreements.
  • Partnering with peers/program manager to ensure consistent use of best practices.
  • Delivering monthly reporting.
  • Licence quoting and renewals
    • Quoting in vendor systems.
    • Creating quotes in Isos systems of record (NetSuite).
    • Distributing quotes to sales representatives for client review meetings.
    • Processing license purchase orders and ensuring license keys are delivered.
    • Documentation
      • Processing client purchase orders in Confluence account structure.
      • Completing order fulfillment processes in Netsuite, Confluence, and Jira (Service desk requests).
