Job Title: Product Strategist

Description: As a key team member, the Product Strategist will lead product development from concept to launch. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and engineers to ensure the product meets business goals and objectives while driving innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that ensures alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze user data and customer feedback to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible in responding to challenges and changes.
  • Highly professional and committed to excellence.
  • A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in problem-solving with the ability to find creative solutions.

Technical Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
