Quality Assurance Specialist In-Line performs regular product evaluations, record inspection results, work on technical documents in order to ensure timely, recommends improvements, relevant and meaningful feedback to the production process and identify issues in the production under products or services. To further demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent technical analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

QMS System/Documentation

  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
  • mulRead manuals, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

Food Safety and Quality

  • Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
  • Make recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
  • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Supervise the production process
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Participating in Trials and other special projects related to the improvement of process under Toller

Training and Development

  • Ensures that there is a training participation under the umbrella of corresponding departments of J&F Team
  • Facilitates and engaged training sessions to the existing employees as refresher and food safety quality awareness.

Monthly Performance:

  • Provides monthly reports for GMP Audit Ratings, Pest Control, Environmental Monitoring Program, Van Sanitation Audit, Processed Validation and Monthly Highlights regarding results of verification to Toller Plant
  • Timely reporting of all immediate operation quality concerns in the Toll plant to QA Toll Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
