Administrative Expense Manager

The Administrative Expense Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative expenses of Rhenus Logistics, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing administrative expenses.

  • Recording vendor invoices efficiently, consistently, and in a timely manner.

  • Improving accounts payable processes.

  • Exercising integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.

Accounting Functions
  • Receiving, reviewing, and booking vendor invoices in RA1.

  • Reviewing PJVs transmitted by Operations to Finance.

  • Analyzing Administrative expenses (PE & OPEX).

  • Preparing cash flow forecasts.

  • Preparing bank reconciliations.

  • Paying Intercompany Payables in a timely manner.

  • Preparing reports for Local Management or Regional Controlling.

  • Filing payment vouchers and supporting documents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

  • At least three years of work experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.

  • Knowledgeable in BIR rulings, especially Withholding Taxes and the Accounts Payable process.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Competent in the use of Accounting Software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to meet tight schedules.
