Senior Account Manager PositionThis Senior Account Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships to ensure their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth and client satisfaction.
As a seasoned account manager, you will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and think critically to resolve issues. Additionally, they will have experience working with international clients or teams and be proficient in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Provide expert advice on digital marketing best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client services/account management with broad knowledge of digital marketing, media strategy, or a related field.
- Experience working with international clients or teams and proficiency in Google platforms (Google Ads, Analytics) and digital marketing tactics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and professional documents and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate and share knowledge with team members while actively seeking out information to improve personal skills.
