We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist or Digital Campaigns Specialist to join one of the leading Marketing Agencies in the world. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for our global B2B clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Google Ads, Facebook, Meta, LinkedIn, 6sense, email, and content syndication
  • Provide ongoing operational support in areas such as audience building, campaign setup, A/B test management, UTM parameter creation, vendor management, and conversion tracking management
  • Monitor campaign metrics and performance data, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs
  • Create campaign reports and dashboards with recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Proactively share ideas and contribute in team meetings
  • Support ad-hoc marketing projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of general marketing experience (B2B experience preferred)
  • Proven experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads end-to-end
  • Familiarity with B2B demand generation principles (ABM, nurture, engagement tracking, pipeline acceleration)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Analytical mindset and resourceful problem-solver
  • Prior experience with related campaign management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot) is a strong advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
