Job Summary:

Problem Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced Problem Management Executive to lead our IT problem management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the problem management function, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in leading teams and driving process improvements. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex problems, and to develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that problems are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the problem management team to identify, analyze, and resolve IT-related problems
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure effective problem management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for the problem management function
