Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Deductions Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation, maintaining an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items, communicating with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected, and creating and sending email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items
  • Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement within the Customer Success – Technology Enabled Services department
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management
  • A background or education in Accounting
  • Business level English fluency required
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships
