Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead our team of virtual assistants in delivering exceptional client services.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple teams and departments;
  • Managing relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations;

Key Skills and Qualifications:
