Job Title: Enterprise Operations Recruitment Associate

Job Description

The Enterprise Operations Recruitment Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality customer service through various mediums. This position requires interacting with customers, stakeholders, and hiring managers to resolve inquiries and provide assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries through multiple contact mediums, including phone, chat, email, and internal cases.
  • Assist hiring managers and recruitment staff in creating and modifying job requisitions.
  • Support current and former employees in fulfilling their HR needs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: An Associate's Degree or College Diploma is required.

Preferred Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
