We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role involves managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely updates throughout the process. You will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
- Ensure timely updates and communication throughout the process
- Support the recruitment team in drafting job descriptions and posting roles across platforms
- Assist in reporting, metrics tracking, and other administrative recruitment tasks
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or coordination (internships count)
- Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, basic Boolean)
- Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain candidate records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
