As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment operations and leading full-cycle recruitment of technical and software development talent.

This is a night-shift position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

You will work from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am PHST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gains a thorough understanding of the market sector and develops recruitment strategies
  • Utilizes innovative approaches to recruitment
  • Ensures a constant applicant flow and keeps an active database for current and future positions
  • Screens resumes, conducts interviews, reference checks, and prepares employment offers
  • Serves as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients
  • Organizes times and schedules for candidate interviews.
  • Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates
  • Develops effective recruitment strategies to draw in qualified candidates
  • Collaborates with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies
  • Create and post job ads on various platforms
  • Help with the onboarding of new hires
  • Maintains job postings internally and externally
  • Contributes to team projects intended to improve processes and procedures
