Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large volume of inbound calls, answering client questions with clarity and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, guaranteeing a seamless and tailored client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position, requiring a reliable laptop or PC, high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
