Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a HR Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative work environment and providing excellent customer service.

The role will involve providing timely and accurate support to customers, running and producing various reports, and being organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide customer service following defined and documented processes
  • Run and produce various reports

You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve complex queries and requests, and utilize a knowledgebase tool to maintain updated desktop procedures and scripts.

Requirements
  • Accredited 4-year degree or higher
  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment
  • Possess advanced computer skills
