Job OverviewThe Ecommerce Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in stakeholder management and interest in ecommerce.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all business matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions for key accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities with key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on account activities, sales forecasts, and market trends to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, category management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing key account relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting business targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not required.
