As an Ecommerce Assistant, you'll play a key role in driving sales for thousands of products on platforms like Home Depot, Beyond, Target, Walmart, Michael's, Kohl's, Lowe's, and more. You'll shape digital storefronts, optimize sales strategies, and create engaging customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's systems and partner platforms to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage daily order flow, inventory updates, and product listings to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries across assigned eCommerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and launch new product listings promptly for assigned eCommerce partners.
  • Maintain and update eCommerce content regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Proactively review and improve company's product content in collaboration with the content team.
  • Monitor and analyze SKU performance using digital analytics, optimizing as needed.
  • Participate in daily audio/video meetings as required by management.
  • Provide daily updates/reports to the Ecommerce team leadership.
  • Complete additional tasks, training, and support activities assigned to enhance eCommerce operations.
