About Us:
Manpower Genius is a US-based ecommerce company that requires an experienced Director of Operations - Business Strategist to drive its ecommerce growth. The successful candidate will lead our ecommerce operations team and develop strategic plans to expand our ecommerce presence and market share.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand our ecommerce presence and market share
  • Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and digital marketing
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of ecommerce specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the company's overall objectives

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in ecommerce operations, business strategy, and people management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding ecommerce businesses, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions
