About the Role:

In this key leadership position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our team's performance and success. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Treasury Services / Transfer Agency Specialist team, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Results-driven leadership experience with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting business objectives.
  • Forecasting and managing staffing levels and capacities to achieve target shrinkage targets, absenteeism, and attrition.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and deliverables, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and managers.
  • Aligning company priorities and strategies with employee metrics and goals, evaluating employee performance, and recognizing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Effective root cause analysis and analytics to drive results and improve team performance.
  • Powerful communication skills to articulate complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Outstanding client service skills through NPS and compliance metrics, delivering best-in-class experiences for clients.
  • Competency in getting up to speed quickly with new subject matter and working under pressure with fixed timelines.
  • Collaborating with internal groups such as Workforce Management, Helpdesk, Quality Team, Business Intelligence, and others to drive service delivery.
  • Providing value-add to the business by analyzing data and insights, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans.
  • Assisting managers with deep dive discussions and remediation of top pain points to improve performance.
  • Ability to address conflicts and escalate issues where necessary, including managing difficult conversations with team members.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and idea generation, with the ability to conceptualize and execute action plans.
  • Developing and executing sound action plans to drive outstanding results in key performance measures.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning specialists, to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to investment banking operations.
  • Participating in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to wealth management, financial planning, and client service.
