
VIP Client Liaison

We are seeking a skilled VIP Client Liaison to join our remote team. This role is responsible for managing real-time communication with high-profile clients via multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact for assigned clients via various platforms, including Telegram and WhatsApp
- Handle sensitive feedback and high-value interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve service issues directly when possible; escalate critical concerns with full context
- Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining brand voice
- Document all client interactions in ClickUp and internal folders
- Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly
- Uphold a 10-minute maximum response time during working hours
- Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with SOPs and client strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email)
- Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with 12-hour shifts and rotating rest days
- Tech-savvy familiar with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, Telegram
