Job Title: VIP Web Consultant

Job Description

This role requires an individual to provide exceptional support to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats. They will be responsible for handling client inquiries and requests in a timely manner, identifying problems, and offering solutions and recommendations that improve clients' websites.

The successful candidate must possess great interpersonal communication skills to effectively convey client requests to the production team. They will act as a bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring projects remain within scope.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients through the website production process until their website is launched, reporting project progress to clients on a regular basis, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also have experience working in customer support, preferably in the U.S. or North America, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
