Job Description:

Streamline business operations by integrating CRM systems, onboarding technologies, reporting, and internal automation. This role requires expertise in Salesforce CRM to maintain and enhance automations, workflows, and integrations.

  • Maintain and improve Salesforce automations, workflows, and integrations; troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues quickly;
  • Support advisors and client services with ongoing CRM usage questions; run onboarding sessions for advisors on dashboards, CRM, and internal systems;
  • Send regular EDMs; monitor engagement performance and flag underperforming lists; deliver regular reports on CRM usage and advisor performance metrics;
  • Enhance user dashboards; ensure Salesforce and connected tools function smoothly;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to improve processes; launch and monitor AI-powered integrations and scheduling improvements;
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

This is a full-time, remote position requiring discipline and commitment to fixed shift times. You will be expected to work a scheduled schedule, maintain professionalism, and actively participate in team and client calls.

Requirements include consistent availability, responsiveness during your shift, and treating this as a long-term, full-time role.
