Job Title: Automation Engineering Specialist

The Automation Engineering Specialist will serve as the backbone of our company's automation efforts, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cross-platform automations that integrate various tools and APIs.

  • Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience with workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in API integration and schema management.
  • Skilled in data transformation and reporting for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
