About the Role
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development, specifically in BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
  • Strong network of potential clients in the US, AU, or UK markets.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
