We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the BPO/IT services and staffing sectors. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with a strong network in these industries, preferably with clients in the US, AU, or UK markets.
About the Role- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Leverage existing networks to attract new clients and close agreements.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and client needs.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS TO MAXIMIZE PROFITS.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales targets, client engagements, and potential market opportunities.
- Proven track record in business development, specifically in BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
- Strong network of potential clients in the US, AU, or UK markets.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
