E-commerce Design Expert

As a senior e-commerce web designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and optimizing high-converting websites and user experiences across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on designing landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that effectively guide customers through the buying journey.

You will apply data-driven decisions to improve usability and conversions, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and heatmaps to study user behavior and inform design changes.

About This Role
  • CRO-Driven Web Design: You will be responsible for designing and optimizing e-commerce websites using proven CRO strategies, ensuring maximum revenue from existing traffic.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: You will map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring smooth navigation and clear calls-to-action.
  • Data Analysis: You will analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: You will partner with developers, marketing teams, and performance teams to align creative design with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior e-commerce web designer with a portfolio showcasing CRO-driven websites.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles for e-commerce.
  • Ability to recommend impactful product page improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
