Senior E-commerce Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Project Manager to lead our online projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and the ability to translate client needs into actionable tasks.

The role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana, Google Drive, and other platforms is also essential.

  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer: Create and manage detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
