Product Listing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Listing Manager to manage product listings on the Walmart marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product data, maintaining accurate records in Excel and Google Sheets, and ensuring smooth operations on our store.

This role is pivotal in optimizing product listings, tracking inventory, and assisting with other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update product listings on Walmart's marketplace.
  • Evaluate and improve product data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date product inventories in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Enhance product visibility and sales through optimized listing strategies.
  • Handle basic e-commerce management tasks, including order tracking, product updates, and customer inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Walmart marketplace.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
