Job Description

Funtomato Consultancy seeks a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth in the online gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to customers, enhancing their overall gaming experience and increasing sales revenue.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new game releases, and emerging technologies to provide expert advice and support to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • University/College graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
  • Age: 21-30 years old.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Basic English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately.
  • Typing speed of 45-60 WPM.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
