We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design process for our products. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. They will also translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Additionally, they will design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG).
