Lead Scrum Master Role

We are seeking a seasoned Agile professional to join our fast-growing healthcare team. As a Lead Scrum Master, you will facilitate collaborative environments, guide teams in adopting Agile methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to address impediments.

  • Plan and execute Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Mentor teams on effective Agile implementation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure removal of obstacles and promote team productivity.
  • Monitor and report progress, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile frameworks, strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, and exceptional facilitation and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and removing impediments for teams is essential.
