Job Description:

Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and developing innovative toy products for kids.

  • Create engaging and safe toy designs that align with current themes and brand objectives.
  • Develop detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using design tools such as CAD, SolidWorks, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Conduct user research and testing with children or parent focus groups to gather insights.
  • Evaluate compliance with local and international toy safety standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, cost-efficiency, and quality.
  • Work with marketing and branding teams to integrate toy designs with promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in toy or product design, especially for children.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final products.
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Fusion 360.
  • Familiarity with child psychology, play behavior, and developmental appropriateness.
  • Knowledge of toy materials, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with toy safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
