Senior UX Designer for Aged Care Solutions

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design of both a consumer-facing aged care mobile app and a platform for healthcare professionals and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design a user-friendly and accessible mobile app
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Conduct design research and user analysis to understand diverse user groups, especially older adults
- Create high-contrast, readable, and intuitive interfaces that meet the unique needs of the aged care market
You will establish a design system and clear workflows for easy feedback and approvals. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing design as needed and lead all aspects of UI/UX delivery from strategy through execution.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in health or medical tech products
- 2+ years of startup experience with independent work management
- Experience designing for older adults with a focus on accessibility and usability
- Proficiency in Figma with a fast, organized, and collaborative approach
- Strong design research skills and the ability to uncover user needs without constant direction
