Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support the smooth operation of our marketing and sales engine.

This role provides critical support to ensure that all beer support materials, customer service inquiries, sales requests, retail promotions, and beer data move efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Support: Monitor and respond to messages in our inbox, escalate customer service questions to the appropriate internal team, and use templates and FAQs to maintain accurate and friendly responses.
  • Beer Support Material Coordination: Serve as a liaison between our sales team and external design agencies, ensuring beer support materials are requested, complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Retail Program Execution: Track seasonal and evergreen retail promotions and ensure all materials are ordered, designed, and distributed on schedule.
  • Sales Support Coordination: Track inbound marketing support requests from the sales team, circulate design drafts to stakeholders, collect feedback, and communicate deadlines.
  • Beer Data & Project Management: Manage Airtable databases to ensure beer stats, release information, and marketing assets are accurate and timely.

Requirements:

  • Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally).
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent written communication in English, highly organized with strong project coordination skills, familiar with Gmail, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Airtable or Trello.
