Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll support platform troubleshooting, define architecture, scale operational systems, and optimize processes-all while collaborating across teams to enhance marketing performance.

Job Overview:

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) - Makati or Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing ops or a related field
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, complexity, and multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with back-end/technical systems (not just oversight or coordination)
  • Ability to independently manage technical execution without heavy reliance on a manager
  • Strong problem-solving, process design, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal support

Key Tools & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Marketo and other marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations architecture
  • Excel or Google Sheets for process formulation
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Flexibility:

  • Open to candidates who meet 70-80% of qualifications and are trainable
  • Must demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Support the Marketing Ops Lead in troubleshooting Marketo and improving processes
  • Serve as a bridge between enterprise applications, RevOps, and marketing
  • Build and scale operational processes and reusable templates
  • Help define the system architecture and integrations of marketing tools
  • Optimize and document existing programs for greater efficiency
