About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a General Accounting Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Reconciliation: The selected candidate will be responsible for reconciling financial statements and accounts, including general ledger account checking and reconciliation, to ensure data accuracy through regular checks of assigned accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation: This role involves performing bank reconciliation and liquidating cash advances in a timely manner.
  • Closing Procedures: The candidate will support monthly and annual closing procedures by recording accruals, reclassifying accounts, maintaining schedules, and ensuring data completion.
  • Tax Compliance: They will prepare tax working files, file returns, and ensure timely filing and payments.
  • Audit Support: The General Accounting Staff will assist in internal and external audits, as well as other government-required procedures.
  • Bookkeeping: Conduct bookkeeping and recording of transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: A graduate degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course is required.
  • Certification: CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in General Accounting is essential.
  • Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and having good communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
