We're seeking a dedicated professional to drive family empowerment and support the delivery of exceptional care.

The Role

  • You'll manage our training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our mission.
  • Uplift our families by guiding them through the healthcare maze, being their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows, and fostering a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and drive the family empowerment function.
  2. Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission.
  3. Build a thriving community by coordinating meet-ups, introducing families to each other, and organizing events that empower families to rely on one another.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in sales or customer success, preferably in a professional role.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills, with ability to handle complex initiatives and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn).
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
