Family Empowerment Associate

As a Family Empowerment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our family empowerment function and uplifting families through their healthcare and training journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Family Engagement Manage our family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training to care for others.
  • Uplift Families Guide families through the healthcare and training maze and be their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
  • Cultivate Partnerships Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across Abby Care to advance our mission.
  • Build a Thriving Community Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role. This can include:
  • Account Management
  • Customer Success Development
  • Call Center Development
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills. Ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn). Proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
