Job Title

As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of individual teams within a dynamic organization. Your primary objective will be to maintain contracted client performance standards by handling time and attendance, adhering to policy, and conducting necessary training.

  • Develops and executes strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors work queues, assigns tasks, and verifies completion to meet service level standards
  • Creates and adjusts staff schedules to effectively manage volumes

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting
  • Resolves escalated customer issues that are not resolved at the agent level
  • Provides recommendations to reduce or eliminate issues impacting overall service quality
  • Tracks and reports to relevant teams for further research and action

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
  • Typically a minimum of 4 years of related professional experience
  • Amenable to shifting/rotational schedule
  • Willing to work onsite
