Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. This role combines strategic responsibilities with collaborative functions, requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to business stakeholders, collaborating to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Business Partnership: Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure financial goals align with business outcomes, supporting decision-making processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead preparation of financial models, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring business alignment with strategic goals and providing recommendations for driving business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on business partnering roles, preferably at a mid-to-large-sized organization.
