Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic finance team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional. This role combines strategic responsibilities with collaborative functions, requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: Act as a co-collaborator with business stakeholders, providing strategic financial guidance and analysis. Partner with operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies, facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives, and support business units in financial decision-making processes.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of financial models, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure business alignment with strategic goals through collaboration with department heads, analyze financial performance key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations for driving business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on business partnering roles, preferably at a mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
