Key Account Manager Role

The position of Key Account Manager is pivotal in driving strategic growth by fostering deep, mutually beneficial relationships with high-value clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive collaborations with key decision-makers within designated vertical markets.

  • Develop clear, effective written proposals and quotations tailored to the needs of current and prospective clients.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues.
