Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Customer Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate and empathetic responses to inquiries and complaints.
  • Handle multiple communication channels efficiently, including phone calls, emails, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain detailed client records, ensuring excellent customer relations and problem resolution.
  • Schedule visits with nurses and coordinate appointments to ensure timely and accurate interactions.
  • Update paperwork and perform data entry using tools like Google Sheets and internal databases.
  • Process payments via Stripe and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with event coordination and special initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain supply inventory levels to meet operational needs.
  • Utilize multiple screens to perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring proper escalation when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A detail-oriented individual with analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other office tool applications.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in call center environments and sales is highly valued.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to customers.
  • Familiarity with payment processing platforms and tech tools.
